Necklaces
Mala necklaces come with a 6 month warranty which covers craftsmanship and the quality of the materials. Chips, scratches, and color changes to gemstones can occur under normal wear and are not covered under this warranty.
If you find any faults with the original craftsmanship of your mala necklace, please contact us at info@akuriouslife.com.
Necklace Restringing
Due normal wear and tear, your mala may eventually need to be restrung. In the event your mala necklace needs to be restrung, the cost is $60 plus shipping. If any gemstones need to be replaced, the replacement cost will be due in full before the necklace is shipped.
Bracelets
All bracelets come with a 30 day warranty which covers craftsmanship and the quality of the materials. Chips, scratches, and color changes to gemstones can occur under normal wear and are not covered under this warranty.

Please note bracelet restringing is not offered.
EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICIES
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer an exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service at info@akuriouslife.com to start the process. Return Authorization is required prior to shipping the item back to us. Any items shipped without authorization will not be processed nor returned to the customer.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds. Our team will gladly assist you in an exchange for another item if you are unsatisfied with your original purchase.
All items you wish to exchange must follow these guidelines:
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order or in person purchase.
- Item must be in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
Exchanges
Once the item is received, it will be inspected and determined if the item is eligible for an exchange. If approved, a store credit will be issued equal to the value of the item (shipping and tax are non refundable) and is valid for one calendar year from the issue date. Items that do not follow Return & Exchange guidelines will not be accepted. If your item is not eligible for an exchange we will contact you to discuss return shipping at your cost.
Returns
Returns are not accepted and refunds are not offered. Please see exchange policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
